Obituary of John Perry

John M. Perry The death of John ”Jack” Melvin Perry occurred at The Carleton Kirk Lodge, Saint John, on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015. Born in Saint John on February 8th, 1916, he was the son of the late Frank Leslie and Mary Blanche (MacAllister) Perry. He is survived by his sons Robert (Marlene) and Ronald both of Saint John as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy Pearl (Janes) Perry, his son David and his eleven brothers and sisters. Jack worked at the Saint John Port for 46 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed serving as a Hunting and Fishing guide for many years. Resting at Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home, visitation will take place on Saturday afternoon, July 4th, from 1:00-2:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Fallsview Chapel with interment in Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
