Obituary of John Kenneth Walter Hamm

Hamm, John – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of John Kenneth Walter Hamm which occurred on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at his residence. Born in 1951 he was the son of the late Walter and Arneta (Freeze) Hamm. John will be sadly missed by son Robert (Jessica) Stevens; brother David (Karen) Hamm; step-daughters Jennifer Stevens, Debbie (Bruce) LeBlanc; grandchildren Kirsten Stevens, Joe (Michelle) Collins, Odessa (Jason) Arseneau; great-grandchildren Alyssa, Olivia, Madison, Nick; Nephew John (Krissy) Lee; best friend Doug “Smitty” Smith and Uncle Butch Lawrence Freeze. Besides his parents John was predeceased by loving wife Nora Hamm. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB (634-1701). Keeping with John’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Memorial service will take place from Castle Funeral Home Chapel on Monday April 13, 2015 at 11:00a.m. A Private family Interment will take place at a later date. Donations in John’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
