On behalf of Fran's former neighbours at Blue Heron Park I send condolences to her family. Fran lived for many years at Blue Heron where she and her mother were two original owners in the late1980's. Dear Jane & family, I am very sad to learn of Fran's death. She was a fun & caring friend to my mother Helen Miller & also to me when I lived in Saint John . ( 2000 - 2006 ) I have happy memories of good times spent together. My sympathy to you all.
Andrew, Jane, Joyce and family: Sorry to read Fran had passed away. I have missed seeing her at Sobey's, where she always had time to stop and have a chat and a few laughs. Our prayers are with you at this difficult time.
I worked with Fran at Red Rose Tea from 1974 to 1986. I remember her as was very classy and gracious. I still have two gifts that she bought me on display in my home. My condolences to her family.
So sorry to hear of Fran’s passing. We were neighbours and good friends before I moved to Halifax. She was a lovely lady and lots of good memories. My Deepest Sympathy to her entire family.
