Obituary of Syvilla Helen Louise Magee

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Syvilla Helen Louise Magee, which occurred on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Carleton-Kirk Lodge, Saint John, NB. Syvilla was born on October 4, 1919 in Fairville, Saint John, to the late William and Sarah (Fox) Magee. Syvilla was a long time member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary Branch #69. The last surviving member of her family, Syvilla was pre-deceased by brothers; Gerhard, Rudolph, Avard, Iveson, Hillis, and Lewis, all of Saint John, NB. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634-1701). A graveside service officiated by Rev. Rob Salloum will be held at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd Cemetery, Saint John, NB, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
