Obituary of Gordon Francis O’Donnell

Gordon Francis O’Donnell of Saint John, NB passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on June 22, 2018. Gordon was pre-deceased by parents, Bernard and Christina O’Donnell and brother, Thomas. An avid hunter, fisherman and golfer, Gordon grew up in Welsford, NB. He was a lifetime Trade Equipment Mechanic and worked from Saint John to the Northwest Territories. He also served in the Vietnam War. Survived by son; Quinton O’Donnell of Newcastle, NB, daughter; Valerie of Newcastle, NB, brother; Albert (Linda) of Saint John, NB, sister; Mary (Edward) Johnson of Tampa Bay, Florida and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). A graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 28th at 2PM in St. Augustine’s Cemetery.
