Paula was born in Saint John on February 6th, 1941 and lived there her entire 80 years. She had a gentle nature and loved nothing more than being with her family, friends, and her beloved (and spoiled) pets. She was an animal lover and avid Bingo Player. She loved candy, going for drives, and a good yard sale. Paula was a housewife who raised six children with her ex-husband, Donald Rossley. She later joined the workforce and retired at 65 from the Salvation Army Thrift Store after 32 years.
She is predeceased by her parents, Ted and Dora (nee Mullin) Dickson, her son Daniel, and her ex-husband Donald Rossley.
She is survived by her sister Karen (Fred Savoy), sons Teddy (Carol Sheppard), Neil, and Michael (Daughter-in-Law Barbara), daughters Norma Jean and Paula Dawn (Bruce Fulcher), grandchildren Mats (Kayla Brinston) and Nicole Chaisson (Michael) her three great-grandchildren Jayden, Xander, and Emma, her niece Jodi Savoy-Hayward (Jeff) and her great-nieces Jessica and Jillian. Paula will also be missed by her wonderful caregivers, Lori Sheldrick and Katie Davis.
Paula had a marvelous knack for agreeing to everything you proposed, then innocently doing whatever she wanted anyway. She was the heart of her family and will be missed more than words can express.
