Obituary of Lisa Lee Hebert
It is with sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Lee (Gaudet) Hebert at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 13, 2022, after a long period of failing health. Born in Saint John NB on January 31, 1955, Lisa was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Connor) Gaudet.
Lisa will be missed by her best friend Cathy (LeBlanc) LaJoie and Cathy's husband Jim, and by Cathy's family; Robbie and Mae LeBlanc, Mike and Sharon LeBlanc, John and Marsha LeBlanc, and Donnie and Judy LeBlanc (Lisa's adopted family).
Lisa was very devoted to her Catholic Faith. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Rose Church and also taught Catechism there. She worked for several years at Deluxe in Fairville during the 70s/'80s. Lisa enjoyed playing scrabble in the evenings with Cathy and Shelley, and her card games (Hearts) with Cathy and Jim and Helene and Carl Olsen.
Special thanks to Father Aaron Knox, Catholic Hospital Chaplain, for his many visits to Lisa at the hospital over the past two years and for his spiritual support to Lisa.
Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John (634 1701) have been entrusted with the arrangements. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 12:00pm at St. Rose of Lima Church, 541 Milford Road. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
