Obituary of Pauline Giberson
Pauline Giberson passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Kennebec Manor, she was the loving wife of the late Don Giberson. Pauline was born on August 6, 1935, to the late George and Ethel (Tweddle) Ralph in Halifax, England.
Pauline worked for many years at the Saint John Public Library and Sussex Public Library. After retiring, Pauline volunteered at Bobby’s Hospice Shop and the Cherry Brook Zoo. A talented artist, Pauline also enjoyed calligraphy and flower arranging. She loved traveling and her love of life and adventure lives on in her cherished sons and granddaughter.
Pauline is survived by her sons Jonathan (Emma) Holland of Oakworth, England; and David Holland of Couffy, France; granddaughter Amy; and nieces Anne, Valerie and Wendy.
Pauline was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend: she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701. A Funeral Service will be held in Castle Fallsview Chapel on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM. A Reception for friends and family will follow at Lily Lake Pavilion from 12:00 Noon – 2:30 PM. Donations in Pauline’s memory can be made to Bobby’s Hospice or a charity of the donor’s choice.
