Obituary of David Levenshulme
Levenshulme, David J. Passed away, by accident, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, July 02, 2012. Born on November 10, 1956, in Saint John, NB. He was the son of Eileen (Morrissey) and the late Roy Levenshulme. Loving husband and best friend for 32 years to Debbie (Ferguson) Levenshulme. David was a loving family man and loved to fish, hunt, boat, bike and many other outdoor activities, he loved to be outdoors or on the river and also coached hockey. He worked for NB Power, Pt. Lepreau for 32 years. Besides his wife, he will be sadly missed by his children, Amy (Jamie Clowater), Michael (Kelsey Gaunce), Kaitlyn (Joe Boyce), Josh (Kim McKinney) and numerous children by choice. He is also survived by his siblings, Coleen Matheson, Terry (Barbara), Steve (Joanne), Margaret McCumber, Carol Levenshulme, Kenny (Tracey), Kim (Scott) Hurley and Sherry (Stephen) Flewelling; father-in-law and step-mother-in-law, Clarence and Ester Ferguson; brother-in-laws, Stirling (Laura) and Terry (Myrna) Ferguson; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his father, he was predeceased by mother-in-law, Florinda Ferguson and brother-in-law, Brian McCumber. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, ``Fallsview Chapel``, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West (634-1701) visitation will take place on Thursday, July 05, 2012 and Friday, July 06, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 07, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Mark`s United Church. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Donations, in memory of David, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor`s choice.
