Obituary of Jean Hodgson

Jean Hodgson (Monahan) of Saint John passed away peacefully at The Bobby's Hope House on January 13, 2011. Jean was born in Pokemouche, NB on February 9, 1926, daughter of the late John Louis and Eleanor (LeBreton) Arseneau. Jean will be sadly missed by her husband Les Hodgson, brother; Joseph Arseneau, sister; Yvonne Janes, nieces; Joan (Brian) Quigg, Kathy (Brian) Healey, nephews; Thomas (Mary) Noel, Francis (Janice) Noel as well as several other nieces and nephews. Resting at Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visiting on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery following the Mass. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke and Hospice would be appreciated by her family.
