Obituary of John Blair Steeves

Steeves, John Blair Of Grand Bay-Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born in Halifax, NS he was the son of the late Blair and Bernis Steeves, of Hillsbourough, NB. Loving husband of Marjorie (Marty) Ellen Cusack Steeves. Besides his wife, he is survived by his sons, Kirk (Ann) Steeves, of Saint John, Tim (Susan) Cusack, of St. Albert, Alberta, Brendan (Cindy) Cusack, of Cornwall, Ontario, Chris (Sophie) Cusack, of Dartmouth, NS and Mike (Anne Marie) Cusack, of Saint John; daughter, Karen Lorraine, of Halifax, NS and eight grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Ann Gamble. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West, (634-1701) visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. from Castle Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bobby’s Hospice, in Saint John, NB.
