Obituary of Eva Gogan

Gogan, Mrs. Eva M. The death of Mrs. Eva Mary (Daigle) Gogan, wife of the late Edgar Gogan of Saint John West occurred on December 3, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born on August 31, 1927 in Minto, N.B, she was the daughter of the late Amide and Catherine (Maillette) Daigle. Mrs. Gogan was active with the Denis Morris Community Centre, St. Rose Church, and C.W.L. of St. Rose. She is survived by her children Paul (Suzanne) Gogan, Ronald (Patricia) Gogan, Debra Hayward, all of Saint John, and Daniel (Karen) Gogan of Quispamsis, her youngest sister Hilda Ferguson of Saint John, grandchildren Jonathan (Heather) Gogan, Jeremy (Patti) Hayward, Christopher (Sheri) Gogan, Cara Gogan, and Jared Gogan, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, husband Edgar, several brothers and sisters. Resting at Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701) with visiting on Saturday 7 – 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 -4, and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. from St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Following the interment, a reception will take place at the Denis Morris Community Centre.
