Obituary of Robert Burnell Clark

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the unexpected passing of Robert Burnell Clark which occurred Thursday March 16, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born December 20, 1953 he was the son of Robert and the late Ruth Clark. He will be forever loved and remembered by son Michael of Saint John, NB; daughters Jenny and husband Ryan of Bayswater, NB and Amber and husband Jared of Cold Lake, AB; grandchildren Danielle, Alex, Taylor, Breanna, Kolton and Lincoln; brothers and sisters in New Brunswick Linda, Johnny, David, Cathy, Janet, Bud, Susan; brothers and sisters in Ontario Marilyn, Tommy, Lori, Derek. Robert was predeceased by birth mother Barb Stokke and sister Dawn. Robert was a dedicated employee for 30+ years at the Westside Irving Pulp and Paper Mill before retiring. He could always be found visiting with his many friends throughout the Westside. Robert had a love for cooking and kept everyone around him well fed.Arrangements are under the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Visitation will be held on Monday March 20, 2017 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations in Robert’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
