Obituary of Joseph Blanchard

Blanchard, Joseph Roger “Buzz” Passed away on Sunday, January 01, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Tony and Bertha (Theriault) Blanchard. He will be sadly missed by his three brothers, Peter (Sandy) Gallant, of Quispamsis, NB, Cory Quinlan, of Quebec and Tony Blanchard, of North Bay, Ontario; five sisters, Brenda Blanchard, of Saint John, NB, Kelly (Stuart) Cochrane, of Browns Flat, NB, Francine (Wayne) Smiley, of Riverview, NB, Shirley Blanchard (Ray), of South River, Ontario and Barbara Cachgee, of North Bay, Ontario and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West, (634-1701) There will be no funeral services; however, there will be a private memorial service for family only. Donations, in memory of Roger, may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation or the Diabetes Association.
