Thinking of you all at this time of farewell to your sweet mother, Louise. I loved my many visits with her, and always cheery greetings. Travelling with her to Samoset will remain a very special memory, and our fun scrabble games. ( Oh how we would laugh during those games) She was a loving, kind lady who was always so proud of her family.May you receive comfort from those around you. Joanne, so sorry to read of your mother's passing. I often think of her and your dad in the fish & chip store. How we used to work there so they could go to the races. The picture you chose of her was lovely and I certainly recognized her. I have been in touch with Carmen and Lois McCaughan on Facebook. I don't see you on there so I guess you're not a Facebooker. Dear Joanne, Sharon, Jack, Joyce,I am very sad to hear of your mother's passing, but what a wonderful long life to live to 95. I am so glad that I saw her at Dad's 90th birthday party in September. She was always such a beautiful, gracious lady and from growing up years there are lots of good memories of "John and Louise".
