Jeannette:My sympathies on Bev's passing. I have fond memories of Bev at the Eyebrow and how he would walk over to feed the chickadees and chipmunks during the winter months. I also recall the chats we would have when we met on the road in Buckley's Cove. Nice memories of a very nice man.~Nancy Schell

Jeanette, I was very saddened to hear of Bev's passing. I first met Bev and his buddy Al at Tim Hortons on Rothesay Ave . Over time we chatted and found out we had alot of mutual friends. I will always remember the evening that June came home ,then came to Tim's and surprised him. The look on his face was priceless. Thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May he rest in peace and God Bless.

I was saddened to read of Bev's passing in the newspaper. He is now at rest and in a peaceful place. I originally met the two of you through my Dad, Ced Hastings, who passed in July 2000. Sometimes I would see you and Bev out and about, but I would see you more frequently at the nursing home, playing the piano for the residents. I don't know who enjoyed the music more, Hercules or the residents. Hopefully Dad and Hercules will meet up with Bev and all go bowling. I don't know if Herc can bowl, but I'm sure he'd like to pick up the pins! My prayers are with you. Don't hesitate to call me ( 693-2393) if you need anything, or to even go meet up for a coffee. God be with you.Barb and Family

Jeanette and Naida, my condolences to you both, and to your families. I have known Bev since the mid 1950's, and he always seemed to be full of life and great enthusiasm. He's had quite a run during this life, and has now finished the course. I wish him well on the completion of his final task, and may he rest in peace.Don

Dear Jeannette: Loving thoughts go out to you from Fran and I on Bev's passing. He did have a good and varied life throughout the years with the Eyebrow and his boats, which meant good times. I always enjoyed when you and he came and we had lobster. Just like giving him a million $$. All the girls have called and asked me to let you know they are thinking of you. May God give you his blessing and peace. The DeGrace Family.

Dear Jeanette:Received call from Murray advising of Bev's passing. We know that parting is hard but at the same time a blessing when a loved one has lost their good health and ability to enjoy life to its fullest. Bev loved life; he loved people; he loved his Lord and Church. Always had a smile. He was indeed a good Friend to many and has left a good lot of us with great memories of days gone by. Miss seeing you both at the gathering place at The "Med" on Sundays. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this difficult time. We may not be able to make visitation, or Bev's Home Going Service, as we are both fighting "The Bug". Do not wish to share it with others. We hold many fond memories of our times and Musicals together. You are one very special Lady. Blessings with much love.In His Grip,Norman and Barbara

Jeannette,We are very sorry to learn of Bev's passing. The Plummer clan will always remember the many friendly visits and chats that we had as he made his way to the Eyebrow. There almost always was a story and a laugh or chuckle to put a smile on our faces. I also remember his boats, of which their were a quite a few, and our shared love of the River. We still make frequent walks to the Eyebrow and our daughter and her family have dreams of their future at the Eyebrow, thanks to you and Bev.Godspeed and God bless,Doug and Cathy Morrison
