Dear George & Patricia Please accept my condolences on the death of your mother . Julia who was a wonderful teacher whose kindness was always appreciated, and to have had a father who was so positive , talented and full of life tells me that you were truly blessed . I to was blessed to have known them and had them as a part of my life . So many wonderful memories - the Lakewood staff parties - the game of coits with Pat - his sharing his dancing doll and the beautiful carved birds - you mothers ' spoon collection ' - thankful for all the many memories . I want you to know how proud and lucky I was to have known & journeyed with them . The memories of them are so loving and they were a wondreful example of true love peace and joy as a couple . My sincerest condolences on the passing of your Mother. I had the privilege of being taught by her in Grade One at Lakewood Elementary and remember her fondly. She was my favorite teacher of all time. So caring and loving towards us as we entered into the beginning of our school years. I had an opportunity to see her again a few years back and was elated when she remembered me. She was a remarkable lady and will be sadly missed by all those who met her. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
