My deepest condolences to the Donovan family. I had the privilege of knowing Mrs. Donovan for a short while this past spring while caring for her in the hospital as a nursing student. During the short time I had known her, it was evident what kind of person she was. She was caring, had a passion for life, a deep love for her family and had a great sense of humour. My prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.

Dearest Sheila and Family: I have fond memories of your Mom, all done up in curlers and under a hairdryer the morning of your wedding. We were having a good giggle about how we women undergo such trauma just to look good for our men! Well, Miss Helen, I bet you look beautiful up there in heaven. God Speed. Hugs to all of you. Much love, Kerry

My heartfelt sympathy to the entire Donovan family. I worked with Helen at Centracare. We shared many laughs when I told other staff that my father married Helen. After I would add that he married Helen to Hedley. She was a wonderful woman and my pleasure to have known.

Debbie and family, we here are all sorry for your loss and that we could not be there in person. I only ever met your mother once but the impression she left me with was one I will always remember. That as being a kind and compassionate person who was always helping and thinking of others before herself. I knew right then and there where you got it from. Her person may be be gone but that rare gracious spirit lives on in you and your family. I am sure she is smiling done on you all. Mike

To the Donovan Clan: How sad we were to here of Helen's death. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a loyal friend to her clergy and their families. Dropping in on Helen was always a refreshing break in the day. A couple of years ago I was at a Conference in Saint John and popped in to see her at the house. The same welcome and her wonderful smile greeted me at the door. I shall miss. I know you will all delight in the sharing of many "Helen" stories today, and indeed the rest of your lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, wishing we could be with you this afternoon. Sincerely, Trent, Linda, Jason, Tristan and Beatrice
