Obituary of Richard Harry Watters
It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Richard Harry Watters, husband of Jean G. (Lattimore) Watters on Friday October 7, 2022, at the Loch Lomond Village. Born in Saint John in 1939 to the late Perley and Beulah (Nason) Watters.
Prior to Richard’s lengthy retirement, he worked as an Operator at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill. He enjoyed country music and the great outdoors. He spent many hours hunting and fishing.
Richard is survived by his wife; Jean G. (Lattimore) Watters; two daughters; Lori (Michael) Douglas; Vicki (Jeff) MacDonald, one son; Scott (Tanya) Watters; grandchildren, Alisha Robichaud, Michelle Allen, and Andrew Robichaud, Abigail, Margaret, and Caroline MacDonald, Kara, and Kaley Watters, Great grandchildren; Olivia, Jack, Alexander, Charlotte, and Henry.
Richard was predeceased by his parents; Perley and Beulah Watters, and one sister; Anne
Castle Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. have been entrusted with the arrangements. A private family burial will be held. Donations in Richard’s memory can be made to the Animal Rescue League, or the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada. Online condolences can be made at www. Castlefh.ca
