Obituary of Cyndy Denton
It is with broken hearts that the family of Cyndy Denton announce her peaceful passing on January 24, 2023, at her home. Born in Saint John, NB on July 19, 1978, she is the loving daughter of James Denton and Deborah Stokes, and loving stepdaughter to Jo Denton.
Cyndy was a warm and loving woman who always had a smile on her face. She was strong and was an excellent role model to her two daughters. Her family and pets meant everything to her. She enjoyed going to get her hair and nails done with her daughters and loved visiting with her grandson Benson. Cyndy also had fun playing with her dog Sadie and cat Franklin. In the summers, Cyndy and Jeff would always make their way up to the 3 Bears Trailer Park in Sussex; it was her favorite spot to be.
Cyndy will be deeply missed by her partner Jeff; daughters Chelsea and Shannon; grandson Benson; father James and step-mum Jo; mother Deborah; siblings: Braylon (Rachelle), Amanda (Steve), Angie (Trevor), and Ryan (Renée); pets Sadie and Franklin; best-friend Krista; as well as many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
She is predeceased by her grandparents and brother Joshua.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701). Visitation for Cyndy will be on Monday, January 30, 2023, from 10:00-12:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will directly follow beginning at 12:00 pm at the Castle Funeral Home Chapel. Cyndy will be laid to rest at the Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Donations in her memory can be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis society or the Saint John SPCA. For those who wish, online condolences can be made by visiting www. Castlefh.ca
