Obituary of Wayne Valmore Wallace
Wayne Valmore Wallace, husband of the late Nancy E. Wallace (nee Brown), passed away peacefully at the Shannex Cohen Hall, in Saint John, NB, on August 6, 2023. Born on April 2, 1937, to the late Luther and Orral (nee Black) Wallace.
Wayne was employed for several years with the Saint John Iron Works and Irving Paper. Upon retiring from Irving Paper, he worked a number of years with Castle Funeral Home.
Wayne was predeceased by his wife Nancy and his brother-in-law Burton W. Brown. He is survived by sister-in-law Margaret, niece Jennifer, and grand-nephew James as well as several cousins.
Resting at Castle Fallsview Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, from where the funeral will be held. Visiting hours are 11 am – 1 pm, Friday, September 22 with service to follow at 1 pm. A Masonic service will be held on September 22, at
11 am.
The interment will take place at Maces Bay Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Maces Bay Cemetery or a charity of the donor’s choice.
