Obituary of Judy Elizabeth Bonnevie
Judy Elizabeth (Maguire) Bonnevie passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, with her husband Robert and daughter Whitney by her side. Judy was born on July 16, 1957 in Saint John, NB to the late Harmon and Muriel (Beers) Maguire.
Judy will be dearly missed by her husband Robert Bonnevie of 37 years, daughter Whitney (Joel) Hicks, grandson Otis Hicks, brother Greg (Janis) Maguire, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Judy is predeceased by her brother Harmon Maguire and sister-in-law Sheila Maguire, brother Gary Maguire and sister-in-law Sharon Maguire.
Judy loved her family more than anything and enjoyed spending her free time with them and her dogs. She had a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh that would put a smile on everyone’s face. She was a hardworking, strong, and beautiful woman who will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
Arrangements are under the care of Castle Fallsview Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M 2L3, 506-634-1701. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM in Castle Fallsview Chapel. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Donations in Judy’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences can be made at www.castlefh.ca
