Obituary of Sharon Louise Memory
It is with broken hearts that the family of Sharon Louise Memory announces her passing on April 4, 2024. Born on July 27, 1947, in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lorna (nee Mason) Flowers.
She is survived by her son Scott (Lynn) Memory; daughters Christine (Art) Cannon and Candace (Chris) Galbraith; granddaughters Meagan and Emma Galbraith; half-sister Vedna (Paul) Aucoin; brother-in-law Brian Harley; nephew Paul Harley; and beloved dog Lily.
Beside her parents, Sharon was predeceased by her husband John MacDonald, sister Susan Harley, and best friend Ruth Mason.
Sharon loved her family deeply and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She liked playing bingo, enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean and Vegas, and going on cruises.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home (506) 634-1701 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John NB. Visitation for Sharon will be on Monday, April 8, 2024 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will directly follow beginning at 2:00 PM in Castle “Fallsview” Chapel; interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension. Donations in Sharon’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. For those who wish, online condolences can be made by visiting www.castlefh.ca
