Lois,Brad,Stacey,Jackie, Shelley and family,
I’m so sorry for you loss. Gerry and Lois were the greatest neighbours in Westgate Park. We watched their kids grow up and then they did the same with ours.Gerry was always teasing my daughters and they thought he was great! I head he hasn’t been well for a while so I’ll treasure the last chat we had uptown a while ago! Rest in peace Gerry . Condolences to all his beloved family.

To Gerry & Family, I was very sorry to read this about Gerry. He worked with my Dad ( John Morrison ) with Burndy Canada Ltd down in Courtney Center for many years. Dad & Gerry were very compatible & got along great together in the Office. Dad really liked Gerry a lot. I'd see Gerry at ballfields watching Sr Alpines often & we'd always have a chat. He was a 'people person' for sure & love to tell stories etc. He always spoke highly of my Dad with a laugh & a story. He will be missed by many who loved him.
Our most sincere condolences to all the family during this very difficult time. I'll miss that 'smile'. Thoughts & Prayers
Arnold & Nancy ( Morrison ) Taylor

Dear Lois & Family: I was so saddened to read that Jerry had passed and the journey you all had to take with him. Jerry was such a smiley, kind, up lifting gentleman that it was a pleasure to have known him. I new Jerry threw London Life Ins. with my Mom & Dad. He was so good to Mom after Dad died and I remember his up lifting and caring visits. I can relate some what as I had to journey with Mom through Parkinsons & Lewy Body Dementia after the loss of my Dad & only Brother. You lose and mourn them long before they actually pass away. My Heartfelt Sympathy to all of you. The beautiful memories of the well Jerry will shine through again with time, and comfort and hold them in your hearts. Please know you are in my thoughts & prayers. With Deepest Sympathy, Cindy Tippett Maguire

When Stacey was a little girl I had the privilege of coaching her figure skating! I met Jerry and Lois and they as well as Stacey have been in my heart ever since. It was so refreshing amongst the crazy political world of figure skating to find down to earth people who were friendly and non judgmental! May you Rest In Peace Jerry!

So sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. My remembrances of Jerry started at Fred's pool hall and stretched over the years to include meetings at ball fields and hockey games to being neighbors in Westgate for a time. His legacy through all this was his smile, always a smile, and his willingness to share his thoughts. Had many great talks with him. My sincere condolences to Lois and all of Jerry's family. He will be missed. RIP my friend.
