Ruth, Joe and familyOn behalf of Mom, Brenda, David, myself and our families, I would like to express our sincere sympathy over Aunt Grace's passing. We share the valley you are now going through and are praying that God give you comfort at this time. Would love to be there to give you a huge hug. Take an minute and just imagine our huge group hug right now. God also has his loving arms around you. As the Bible tells us ( Psalm 55:22) "Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you;he will never permit the righteous to be moved."We have fond memories of your Mom. Aunt Grace had the best social gatherings that Saint John ever had. She even had a bridal shower for me. Her house was always a warm and welcoming place for family and social activities. She always enjoyed a good family gathering, the best of which was the O'Neal picnics. There is one gynormous O'Neal family picnic convening in heaven right now. Together again! I am so glad that David and I had the opportunity to visit you all last year and that we got to spend some time with Aunt Grace. We both treasured the visit we had while in London. It is a blessed assurance that we will, once again, meet in heaven. As the Bible states in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18:"But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve, as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, and remain until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words"May God keep you at this time and give you peace and strength as you reflect on loving memories that will remain with you until such a time as you are reunited in heaven. Love you and praying for youDonna, Wanda, Brenda, David
