Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear loved one . Are we not truly blessed with the hope our Creator has given us of seeing our loved ones again. His loving comfort from the scriptures brings us much relief and confidence in the blessings of Jehovah's Kingdom. Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" Isaiah 35:5,6 "At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. At that time the lame will leap like the deer, And the tongue of the speechless will shout for joy."

I started working at the Shipyard on Jan 17, 1972 at 1PM. And was asked to stand in front of the Personel Office with the personel Manager and wait for Andy to return from Lunch. Andy was teaching a class of Ships Platters and G. Sheilds introduced me to him and I joined his class. Andy was my teacher, my boss and a friend. At noon we had teams of three to play 45's and Andy, Bev Smith ( Scoop ) and me the Bear were a team. Our 4th year exam came and Andy said if we all passed our Exam to get our Journeymen he would have a party at his house, yes we passed and had the party. He also went Hunting one time with some of us. A friend called when the ad in the paper said Andy was in Bobby's House and would like some visitors. It was a long time since the Frigates were done and I have not seen him. So I dropped in ask the Nurse if Andy was up for a visit, Whom shall I say is here tell him the Bear. I spent about 1 1/2 hrs with him. We talked about every thing, we laughed, who came to visit, old times and whom we new that has left us. Andy told me that the Ad for visitors was one of the best thing anyone could have done for him, his love for his wife, family and friends and Bobbys house and the great people there. I will remember a Great guy and a Great boss who Thank you for the work you done for him that day at the end of the shift one of a kind God Bless You Andy. My Condolence to Andy's Wife and Family God Bless Larry Watson ( Bear )
