I am truly sadden by the passing of my childhood friend. Kim was that cute, blonde haired, little boy who lived across the street and became my friend. Kim taught me many things that were important to a little girl of five or six years old. He taught be how to crack a chestnut so that the nut inside didn't split. He taught me how to throw a pen knife so it stuck "straight up" out of the grass. He taught me how to catch bumble bees by using an empty glass jar with a screw top, how to dig a marble hole and how to play marbles "like a boy." At thirteen he gave me my first kiss. Thank you Kim for all of this and more.

We were blessed to have Kim as our next door neighbor since our children were small. So many memories we will cherish of this kind, gentle man. Kim got along famously with our "nightmare" dog, Rudy. Rudy loved to visit with Kim even after Mack moved to the Island. I've had many chats with Kim over the years and very often his family's names would be brought up. Concern for your wellbeing, such pride of your accomplishments and hope for your futures. Kim will truly be sadly missed by the Tibbetts'. May God grant His Grace, Peace and Comfort to each of you. Dawn
