I am finding out just now, in October, of Gordana's passing. I am so sad to hear of this, Alex, my beautiful friend's soulmate.
Gordana and I had many adventures over the years and some make me laugh out loud to think of. She had a great spirit of adventure and fun and will be missed. We purchased beach land in '73 and I still have mine and visit it once every year or so.
The last visit was for the eclipse in April.
My deepest condolences on your loss, Alex.
She will be forever remembered.

Alex,
I was very sad to hear of my cousin Gordana's passing. We messaged often through Facebook, January being one of the last times I spoke to her. Gordana was always very passionate about family, during our last conversation I commented on a beautiful picture of Aunt Anita where Gordana was wishing her Mama best wishes on her birthday in Heaven, Now they will be together along with Paul, her brothers and my father Nikola too. Something I will always remember of Gordana as a young girl, when she would visit, and we would hug would be her beautiful perfume trail she left behind.

Alex, so sorry to hear about Gordana. My thoughts have been with my cousin since I heard about her health recently. Gordana is now with her parents and brother's, that brings me peace.
Together you guys had an amazing adventure in life. I will always keep the memories of the time I spent with her and the family close and share them with my children.
One special moment with Gordana was walking down the street in Montreal with her and my friend going out to supper. It still makes me laugh every time I think about that night.
As her Uncle in Croatia always said to me when I would be going back home to Canada “until we see each other again” never goodbye.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
